5

Community Engagement & Voice

6

Policy & Systems Change

Advocating for state and local policies that drive equitable digital transformation in healthcare.

Digital Equity & Access

We believe no community should be left behind in the digital transformation of healthcare. Our work focuses on spotlighting disparities in digital access—such as broadband, device availability, and digital literacy—and identifying solutions to bridge these gaps. From inclusive design to broadband expansion efforts, we support policies and partnerships that ensure digital tools work for everyone.

Innovation in Healthcare Delivery

From telehealth to AI-assisted diagnostics, we convene conversations about how digital tools are reshaping the way care is delivered. We highlight successful models, uncover barriers to adoption, and foster dialogue around ethical implementation, especially in community health and safety-net settings.

Data for Impact

Data drives modern healthcare—but only when it’s accessible, accurate, and used equitably. We uplift strategies that promote health data transparency, patient-centered analytics, and community-driven insights. Our forums discuss interoperability, public health surveillance, and the power of data storytelling to shift policy and practice.

Workforce Readiness & Inclusion

We advocate for workforce development initiatives that equip healthcare professionals—from frontline workers to executives—with the digital skills they need. We also champion inclusive hiring, reskilling programs, and education pipelines that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. Equity in tech means equity in talent.

Community Engagement & Voice

Digital solutions are only as strong as the communities they serve. We prioritize the inclusion of patients, caregivers, and community-based organizations in every conversation. Our events elevate grassroots insight and emphasize participatory design—ensuring that digital health reflects real-world needs.

Policy & Systems Change

We serve as a convener for public- and private-sector dialogue that informs smart, equity-driven policy. From broadband investment to privacy protections and funding for digital infrastructure, we track legislation, support reform, and amplify initiatives that align with health equity and innovation.

The Healthcare Pulse Forum welcomes collaboration from across the healthcare community. We believe in the power of shared ideas, diverse voices, and cross-sector partnerships to shape a more innovative and equitable future in healthcare.
